Clothing and Shoes may be exchanged or returned for refund upon approval. Return Authorization # (RA#) must be requested by email or phone within 5 business days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be received in original condition with all tags attached, within 7 business days of RA# being issued. Returned mechandise will be inspected upon receipt and refunds (shipping charges will not be refunded) with be issued within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. No COD’S or packages without an RA# will be accepted.
